What the Day Looks Like

You, a partner,
and a truck.

Run your stops

Dispatch sends you 4–7 jobs. You pull up, walk it with the customer, confirm the price, and get to work. Garages, basements, estates — sometimes a couch, sometimes a whole house.

Haul it right

Load the truck, sort what goes to donation, what gets recycled, and what goes to the transfer station. Sweep up behind yourself. Shake the customer's hand.

Be the calm one

Some jobs are a 20-minute couch grab. Some are an estate cleanout with the family standing in the driveway. Both matter. The second one matters more.

What We Pay

Paid like it matters.

$20–25/hr + tips

To start, based on what you bring. Overtime after 40. Tips split with the crew — realistically another $50–150 a week.

Raises that are real

Tied to something concrete, not a calendar. Get cleared to lead a truck, you get paid like it.

Paid sick time

Earned sick and safe time from day one, per Minnesota law. Paid training. Uniform and gear provided — we buy the gloves.

No CDL. No degree.

If you've moved furniture, worked a dock, framed houses, landscaped, or cooked on a line — you already have most of what this takes.

We need you to…

  • Have a valid driver's license and a driving record you're not embarrassed by
  • Be 21 or older (insurance requirement, not ours)
  • Lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work on your feet all day — with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Show up. On time. Every scheduled day. This is the whole job — everything else we can teach
  • Talk to a customer like a professional, in their home, on a bad day for them
  • Be honest. You'll be alone in people's houses with their belongings. That has to be a non-issue

We don't need…

  • A CDL — our trucks don't require one
  • Junk removal experience — we train you
  • A degree, or a resume, or a cover letter
  • A perfect history — we care about the last few years and the next few, not a story from a decade ago
