A whole house, handled gently.

Clearing a parent’s house is not really a junk job. We move at your pace and treat what is in there like it mattered, because it did.

We do a lot of these. Usually the family has already taken what they want to keep and what is left feels impossible. We can clear the whole house, or work room by room over several visits while you decide.

How we work an estate

  • Whole-home clearance, top to bottom, including garage and shed
  • Room-by-room over multiple visits if you need the time
  • We set aside anything that looks like paperwork, photos, or jewelry
  • Timed around an estate sale, before or after, your call
  • Broom-swept and photographed when we are done

Priced before we start.

Priced per house after we have seen it. A walkthrough or a set of photos is enough. If an estate sale is happening first, we price the clearance of whatever does not sell.

We have not decided what to keep yet. Can you still start?

Yes. Plenty of families have us do the garage and basement first while they work through the rest upstairs.

What if you find something valuable?

It gets set aside and handed to you. Paperwork, photographs and anything that looks personal never goes in the truck.

Do you work with realtors and executors?

Constantly. If the house is going on the market, see Cleanout-to-List. Clearing before the photos is worth real money.

Ready when you are.

No rush on our end. Call and we’ll talk through what the house needs.
